For the last century of this country of ours, many have been fighting and some dying for universal suffrage when it applies to voting. However, over the past eight years this has become another item on the endangered species list, authored by the present administration.
It could be said in the past the Presidential elections of 2000 and 2004 represented both problems and concerns for voters, and no one could rightfully blame the Republican Party for these difficulties in Florida and somewhat in Ohio. But since the Ohio election of 2004, our current Administration and some Republican State legislatures have attempted to enact laws, using terrorism as a cover, to hinder and heavily burden the minority, disabled and senior voters in America.
The video depicts the Georgia State Legislature entering and attempting the passage of a bill requiring photo ID's for all potential voters, wishing to vote in public elections. Also the story of one lady who underwent the hardships of trying to vote in an election, only to find she couldn't because she didn't have an ID meeting the standards of her state, something most of us take for granted.
Senator Obama would not let this type of "card stacking" occur, if he receive your vote.

As our society progresses many of our states are repealing capitol punishment within their state; recently New Jersey repealed their death sentencing, with other states discussing this issue in their legislative branches of government.
To the best of my knowledge, Senators Obama, Clinton and McCain have never had to make the decision of commuting an individual death sentence, since all three have never been Governor's of their respective state. Should one of the three honorable candidates obtain the Office of the Presidency, the possibility dose exists for them to do such, under very grave circumstances. I would like to understand their position on this issue.
The video tells a true story of a mother who lost her daughter and how she dealt with her daughter's death, along with a series of mistakes made by law enforcement officials.

OBAMA'S LANDSLIDE VICTORY PROMOTIONAL
keep this video snowballing YOUR SUPPORT IS NEEDED Thanks everyone!
let us bring in some PERSPECTIVE
Obama's winning margins ranged from substantial to crushing.
Obama wins big in Wash., Nebraska, La. Illinois senator sweeps contests
Feb. 10 2008 NBC Sen. Barack Hussein Obama swept the Louisiana primary and caucuses in Nebraska and Washington state Saturday, boosting his slim delegate lead over Sen. Hillary Clinton
$7 million more raised in two days
Obama's aides announced he had raised more than $7 million on line in the two days that followed. The television ad wars continued unabated.
Obama has been airing commercials for more than a week in television markets serving every state that has a contest though Feb 19.
Clinton began airing ads midweek in Washington state, Maine and Nebraska, and added Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia on Friday.
The Illinois senator also won caucuses in the Virgin Islands, completing his best night of the campaign. Today, voters from the West Coast to the Gulf Coast to the heart of America stood up to say 'yes we can'" Obama told a cheering audience at a party dinner in Richmond, Va.
Clinton preceded Obama to the podium. She did not refer to the night's voting, instead turning against McCain. We have tried it President Bush's way and now the Republicans have chosen more of the same
He won roughly two-thirds of the vote in Washington state and Nebraska, and almost 90 percent in the Virgin Islands.
With returns counted from nearly two-thirds of the Louisiana precincts, he was gaining 53 percent As in his earlier Southern triumphs in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina, Obama, a black man, rode a wave of African-American support to victory in Louisiana.
In all, the Democrats scrapped for 161 delegates in the night's contests. In initial allocations, Obama had won 31, Clinton nine.
in overall totals in the NBC News count, Obama had 861 delegates to 855 for Clinton. A total of 2,025 is required to win the nomination at the national convention in Denver. The Democrats' race was as close as the Republicans' was not, a contest between Obama, hoping to become the first black president
The two rivals contest primaries on Tuesday in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, all states where Obama and his campaign are hopeful of winning.
Preliminary results of a survey of voters leaving their polling places in Louisiana showed that nearly half of those casting ballots were black. As a group, African-Americans have overwhelmingly favored Obama in earlier primaries, helping him to wins in several Southern states.
Obama was gaining about 80 percent of the black votes statewide One in seven Democratic voters and about one in 10 Republicans said Hurricane Katrina had caused their families severe hardship from which they have not recovered. There was another indication of the impact the storm had on the state. Early results suggested that northern Louisiana accounted for a larger share of the electorate
That left Obama and Clinton facing the likelihood of a grind-it-out competition lasting into spring — if not to the summer convention itself.
With the night's events, 29 of the 50 states have selected delegates.
Maine, with 24 delegates, holds caucuses on Sunday. Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and voting by Americans overseas are next, on Tuesday, with 175 combined.
Then follows a brief intermission, followed by a string of election nights, some crowded, some not

DOWNLOAD song www.angelwatch.info. Barack Obama is an American hero. Oliver Stone movie "World Trade Center" is about two marines who find and rescue last two live survivors. This song by BRIAN ELDREDGE is the story, in his blues-jazz style, about an ex-marine that, when he saw the terrorist attacks, grabbed his gear and headed for ground zero. In times of trouble America always has heroes coming to our aid by foot, by car, by truck, by plane and just walkin' on water.

As one can surmise it is my personal feelings that in the coming November election we will be voting for Senators Obama, Clinton or McCain to be our next President. Also, it is my sincere hope that this newly elected president will restore many of the personal liberties, we as citizens of America have given up over the past eight years.
One example of surrendering our liberty, and for me the most important, is our Patriot Act. If I resided or visited a country outside the United States, and this country was on our country's "watch" list, as being hostile to America; then I would fully support our current Patriot Act, has authored. But, me visiting a "friendly" country, to our nation and electronically communicating to my family, friends or work from this country, then I deem this an uncalled and unjustified surveillance an invasion of my privacy.
Over the past six months I have attempted to follow all the candidates closely through their web sites, televised debates (via the Internet wire services) and YouTube; but really do not have a clear understanding of their feelings on this issue. I am not expecting any direct response from any of these three aforementioned candidates, but would like clarification stated within their respective web sites'.
The video, produced by the ACLU and distributed by iTV presents our two governmental agencies that facilitate the usage of the Patriot Act and how it is implemented to monitor our electronic communications.
